The Authors

Picture
Stephania Thompson, More Than This
A former CPA in the corporate world, Stephania Thompson is a published poet and multi-genre author residing outside Washington D.C. She and her husband are living the dream in their modern-day money pit with four children, a spoiled aussiedoodle, and one very moody bearded dragon.

When not writing, working, or driving carpool, she can be found running local trails or escaping in a book at her favorite café, iced latte in hand. She’s a sucker for quirky romance, flawed characters, and quiet authenticity, both on and off the page.

Diana Dubs, Someday

D.C. Dubs always wished she could be a princess, but when that didn't work out, she became an English Teacher instead. Over the past seven years, she's shared her love of reading and writing with her seventh and eighth grade students. Outside of teaching, she scribbles short stories and novels and loves to explore wherever army life takes her and her fiancé.

Paul Iasevoli, Just My Bill
Paul is a native New Yorker who’s put down roots in Florida where he sifts words from beach sand and conjures characters out of conch shells. Before settling on the Suncoast, he earned Master’s degrees in literature and language from universities in the Midwest, Canada, and Spain. Now he writes stories and poems, tucks them into empty wine bottles, and tosses them into the Gulf of Mexico. Some of them have resurfaced in literary journals such as Deep South Magazine, City.River.Tree., High Shelf Press, and Cathexis.

Marie Montgomery, Chatroom Love
Marie is a 20-year public relations industry veteran now working to bring love stories to life on the written page.

When she is not working as a freelance PR professional and writer, being a mom, or trying to find some way of balancing being involved in all four of her children’s lives, Marie loves indulging a great romance novel or spending whatever time she alone can manage with her husband of 17 years, who is also affectionally known as “Mr. Man.”
Marie lives in Florida but is a life-long transplant from the great state of Pennsylvania.

E.M. Hector, Extraordinary Engagement
Eileen is a versatile writer. She has written in many genres to include but not limited to poetry, fiction, non-fiction, memoir, and a fair amount of business writing. She often writes rhyming poetry suitable for her granddaughters, and perhaps a board book or two. Her random ramblings give her family, friends, and fan base something to either laugh out loud about or cry about. Sometimes they are even left scratching their heads.
In her spare time, should she find any, she tends to her granddaughters, a flock of birds, grows and shows orchids, and volunteers for various orchid related organizations. Other than that - she hasn't quite figured out what she wants to be when she grows up.

Dan Carroll, Easy
Dan Carroll grew up enjoying the woods, water, and nature of Southwest Florida. He was a single dad to his boys Danny and Baley, and he coached every sport they played. Dan believes in teaching the next generation the values of hard work, self-reliance, and the importance of the natural world. In 2016 he married Jennifer a professional artist, crafter, and content writer. Dan has worked in the pest control field since 1981 and in 2019 started a freelance writing business. He is also on the Loud.us writing team. Today Dan and Jennifer live in Port Charlotte, Fl, with their two dogs.

experiences. “Everything, everyone has a story. Tell it!” Her short story, The Cat Burglar, appears in the
anthology, How I Met My Other: Furry Friends, True Tails. Her life is beyond busy with writing and
moving into a new house with her “Other” in the mountains in the high desert of New Mexico.

Mona Posinoff, Smitten
A true romantic, Mona jumped at the chance to share her story of finding never ending love with her forever partner, Ellie. Together they fostered and adopted Bailey Mama dog who had 10 puppies in their care and is featured in How I Met My Other, Furry Friends, True Tails.
Mona enjoys writing when she finally sits down and stops doing the many other activities she is involved in such as: sewing/quilting, pottery, gardening, bicycling, hiking,
running, cooking, paddle boarding, baking, chanting (SGI-USA Buddhist practice), podcasting, and archery. She is slowly working on her memoir. As an avid reader, she has found truth and growth in other people’s stories of success despite early years of hardship.
Mona
is forever indebted to Eloise Rae Gilbert, her life partner, for always believing in her.

Rita Angelini, He's a Keeper
Rita Angelini grew up in Chicago and recently moved to Fort Myers, Florida. A retired Certified Public Accountant, she is pursuing her passion for writing. She is the mother of Marina, a typically developing daughter, and KiKi, who drafted Rita into the world of special needs. People are thrust into the realm of disability, a world unto itself, with no manual. Rita became an expert in her daughter. KiKi’s disability pushed her to find alternative options in order for KiKi to reach her potential. KiKi's life compelled Rita to share their story and unfortunately, KiKi’s premature death gave Rita the opportunity to write about it.
She is a member of Off Campus Writers’ Workshop in Illinois and has been the Treasurer for the last seven years. She is also a member of Florida Writers Association, Gulf Coast Writers Association, and the National Association of Memoir Writers.
She published a short story, Screensaver, in Turning Points, an anthology. She plans to publish her memoir about life with her daughter, KiKi, who teaches her family about compassion, faith, and unconditional love without speaking a word. When Rita is not writing, she is volunteering with the disabled, boating on the Gulf, or traveling the country in her RV.

Chelsea Fuchs, A Diamond Is Forever
Chelsea Fuchs is an engineer by day and an author by night. Her background in STEM combined with her cowgirl heart heavily influences her characters and stories. Being addicted to sweet romances and management books herself, Chelsea writes strong female leads in nontraditional roles.  When she’s not at work, she’s busy keeping her littles from taking over the world, writing women’s fiction, and managing the farm her and her husband just purchased.  Chelsea lives in New Mexico with her (almost) high school sweetheart, their son and daughter, and a collection of animals that would give Noah’s ark a run for his money.

Renee Adamowicz-Schwartz,
On Top of the World
Renee has always loved writing her thoughts, but she never enjoyed the rules and correctness of it all. She has been told she writes like she speaks and speaks what she thinks. She hopes to share this great adventure with love and passion. Her and her husband Chuck enjoy a great life on a cozy South Carolina Island walking the beach, living out adventures, and live each day with passion, peace, gratefulness, and love.

Sharon Rhyce, Yesterday, Today, and Forever
Formerly an elementary teacher, now retired, Sharon Rhyce lives On the West Coast of Florida. She enjoys dabbling in writing, crafting, exploring family history,  traveling as well as offering  private tutoring for elementary students. She’s blessed with a wonderful husband, three dear adult children and a lovely daughter-in-love. She’s a proud dog mom of Chico, a spoiled Chiweenie. The cherry on top is her precocious granddaughter, Audrey, that stole her heart from day one.

Miranda L. Scotti is a lifelong author and daydreamer who found her voice writing contemporary romance after experiencing her own happily ever after. She works in a library to maximize her time spent drinking coffee while surrounded by shelves of books. Miranda lives in with her incredible family and lazy tabby cat. A lifelong Floridian, she has never found a spot in the state she loves more than under the giant Southern Oak tree where she and her husband fell in love.

Madonna Dries Christensen, The Love Story of Margrethe
Madonna Dries Christensen cut her writer’s teeth on family history. Her immigrant ancestors were German,
French-Canadian, and Irish. Among treasured memorabilia is a stone from the foundation of her great-grandfather’s Wisconsin barn, a plank from her grandfather’s Iowa barn with her father’s initials carved in it, and her mother’s wedding band. She has a
Christensen family history back to the 1700s. It’s mostly names and dates, with Danish narrative. There’s also a trunk, hand-crafted in Denmark in 1890, like the one in Margrethe’s Love Story.
Margrethe was Madonna’s husband’s aunt and Kristian (Chris) was his father. Margrethe’s and Marinus’s family were known as “the California cousins.” Born on an Iowa farm in 1935, Madonna lives
with her husband in Sarasota, Florida.
