​Emily Henning is a contemporary romance and Romantasy author in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she lives with her husband, their human child, and two cat children. She writes stories featuring strong female characters and the family, friends, and partners who love them. Using writing to help process her own grief after the unexpected loss of her sister, she hopes her stories help others find the light, even in darkness. When she’s not at her desk or chasing her toddler, she works as a physical therapist, rehabilitating patients post-operatively and women postpartum.
